CSIR develops helicopter flow field simulation technology

South AfricaÀÇ CSIR¿¡¼­ÀÇ ¹æÀ§Ç×°øÇÐ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥Àº Áö³­ 50¿©³â°£ South African Air Force(SAAF)¿¡°Ô ÇÙ½ÉÀûÀÎ ±â¼ú Á¦°øÀÚ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. ƯÈ÷ Helicopter ±â¼ú¿¡ »ó´çÇÑ ³ë·ÂÀÌ ±â¿ï¿©Á®¿Ô½À´Ï´Ù. CFD, ¸ðµ¨¸µ ¹× ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼Ç, °ø±âź¼º·Â, Áøº¸µÈ ±¸Á¶ ¹× dzµ¿½Ã¼³Àº HelicopterÀÇ Á¦ÀÛ, ÀÛµ¿, °ø±â¿ªÇÐÀû ºÐ¼® ¹× ÃÖÀûÈ­, ºñÇà ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌÅÍ °³¹ß, Çϵå¿þ¾î °³¹ß ¹× Çâ»ó µîÀÇ Áö¿ø¿¡ °ü·ÃµÈ Ç×°øÇÐ ±â¼úÀ» ¹ßÀü½ÃÄѿԽÀ´Ï´Ù.

 

 

CSIRÀÇ ¹æ¾îÇ×°øÇÐ CFD GroupÀº Helicopter°¡ HoveringÇϰųª ¾ÕÀ¸·Î ºñÇàÇÒ ¶§ÀÇ Helicopter ÁÖº¯ÀÇ
À¯µ¿ÀåÀ» ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼ÇÇϴµ¥ »ó´çÇÑ ³ë·ÂÀ» Çϰí ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. ÀÌÁß Rooivalk Combat Helicopter¿Í Oryx Transport & Medium Lift HelicopterÀÇ CFD ¸ðµ¨Àº ÀÌ¹Ì °³¹ßµÇ¾ú°í ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç °á°ú´Â µðÀÚÀο¡ Àû¿ëµÇ¾î¿Ô½À´Ï´Ù. STAR-CD, ƯÈ÷ pro-amÀº ÀÌ ±â¼úÀ» ¹ßÀü½Ã۴µ¥ ¸Å¿ì ±ÍÁßÇÑ ToolÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

HoveringÇϰųª ¾ÕÀ¸·Î ³ª¾Æ°¡´Â Helicopter ÁÖÀ§ÀÇ À¯µ¿Àå ¹× º¹ÀâÇÑ Çü»óÀ» °í·ÁÇÑ´Ù¸é, CFD ¼ÒÇÁÆ®¿þ¾î¿Í Çϵå¿þ¾îÀûÀ¸·Î °úµµÇÑ ºÎÇϰ¡ °É¸± °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. Á¤»ó»óÅ¿¡¼­ÀÇ Helicopter HoveringÀ» ÇØ¼®ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ °¡´ÉÇϹǷÎ, ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ ÇØ¼®Àº Helicopter ¹æÀ§¸¦ ÅëÇØ Rotor Shaft ÁÖÀ§¸¦ ȸÀüÇÏ´Â °¢ Rotor Blade Pitch¸¸Å­ ºñÇà¹æÇâÀ¸·Î TrimmedµÈ Helicopter°¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ °¢ BladeÀÇ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓÀº ÇØ¼®ÀÌ ÁøÇàµÊ¿¡ µû¶ó µ¶¸³ÀûÀ¸·Î ÁöÁ¤µÇ°í Á¶Á¤µÇ¾î¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ´õ¿ì±â, Tail RotorÀÇ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓÀº Main RotorÀÇ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓ°ú´Â º°°³·Î ¼³Á¤ÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. STAR-CDÀÇ Áøº¸µÈ Mesh Movement ´É·ÂÀº ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ CaseÀÇ ¸ðµ¨¸µÀ» °¡´ÉÇÏ°Ô ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

ºñÇà±â µ¿Ã¼´Â º¹ÀâÇϰí Multi-Block °ÝÀÚ »ý¼º ¹æ¹ýÀº ÀÌ¹Ì ¾Ë·ÁÁø ¹Ù¿Í °°ÀÌ ºñÈ¿À²ÀûÀÌ°í ½Ã°£ ³¶ºñÀÌ´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ÀÚµ¿ °ÝÀÚ »ý¼ºÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ¸ÕÀú Solidworks¿¡¼­ Solid ModelÀ» »ý¼ºÇϰí, STAR-CD Plug-inÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© µ¿Ã¼ ÁÖº¯ÀÇ Ç¥¸é¿¡ WrappingÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. ÀÌ Ç¥¸éµéÀº pro-amÀÇ Ç¥¸é ToolÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀûÀýÇÑ ¼öÁØÀ¸·Î Á¶Á¤ÇØÁÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. ±× ÈÄ¿¡ ¿ø·¡ÀÇ Ç¥¸éÀº Subsurface¸¦ ¸¸µé±â À§ÇØ Offset Distance¸¸Å­ È®ÀåµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. pro-amÀ¸·Î Cell ºÐ·ù ¹× ÀçÁ¤·ÄÀ» ¹ø°¥¾Æ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ°í ³ª¼­, Subsurface ¿ÜºÎ¿¡ È¿À²ÀûÀÎ Trimmed-Cell Mesh°¡ »ý¼ºµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. Helicopter Ç¥¸é¿¡ ¼öÁ÷ÀÎ CellÀÇ LayerÀÎ Sub-Layer´Â ±âÁ¸ÀÇ Ç¥¸é°ú Subsurface »çÀÌÀÇ °ø°£À¸·Î Â÷ ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. Helicopter Ç¥¸é¿¡ ÀÎÁ¢ÇÑ CellÀÇ Quality¸¦ Á¶ÀýÇÔÀ¸·Î½á Turbulence Modeling ¹× Viscous Drag ¿¹Ãø À» Çâ»ó½Ãŵ´Ï´Ù.

ÀÌ ParameterµéÀº µ¿Ã¼ÀÇ ÀÚ¼¼¿Í ´õºÒ¾î µ¿Ã¼ÂÊÀÇ Grid¿Í ÅëÇÕÀ» ¼öÇàÇϰí Block Structure¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â µ¶¸³µÈ Rotor Grid¸¦ ÀÚµ¿ÀûÀ¸·Î »ý¼ºÇÏ´Â FORTRAN Code¸¦ Æ÷ÇÔÇÏ´Â CAMRAD J/A¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ´Â Dynamic Flight SimulationÀ¸·ÎºÎÅÍ ³ª¿Ô½À´Ï´Ù. Ãø¸é ¹× Ãà¹æÇâ Cyclic Pilot InputÀ» Æ÷ÇÔÇÏ´Â Mesh Movement Script´Â HelicopterÀÇ ¹æÀ§¸¦ ÅëÇØ¼­ Rotor Á᫐ ÁÖÀ§¿¡¼­ ȸÀüÇÏ´Â µ¿¾È °¢ Main Rotor BladeÀÇ Pitch Attitude¸¦ Á¶Á¤ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

µ¿Ã¼ ¹× Main RotorÀÇ ¸ðµ¨¸µÀº Defence Aeronautics Programme¿¡ ÀÖ´Â 7m Â¥¸® dzµ¿ ¹× Àú¼Ó dzµ¿¿¡¼­ ¼öÇàµÇ´Â ½ÇÇèÀÇ °á°ú¿Í ºñ±³µË´Ï´Ù. ÀÌ·± È®ÀÎ °úÁ¤Àº SAAF¿Í Armscor·ÎºÎÅÍ Áö¿øÀ» ¹Þ´Â ÇâÈÄ 2³âµ¿¾ÈÀº °è¼ÓµÉ °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ±×·¯³ª ÀÌ·± CFD GroupµéÀÇ ³ë·ÂÀº ºñ±³ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø´Â SAAF¿¡°Ô ¼ÒÁßÇÑ Á¤º¸¿Í ½Ã¾ß¸¦ Á¦°øÇÒ °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
