Moving mesh or MRF?

ÀÌÀå¿¡¼­´Â 4°³ÀÇ Blade°¡ ´Þ¸° Ç×°ø±â PropellerÀÇ Á¤»ó ¹× ºñÁ¤»ó »óÅ¿¡¼­ÀÇ ÇØ¼®¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀåÁ¡ ¹× ´ÜÁ¡À» ºñ±³ÇϰíÀÚ ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ¿©±â¼­ ¿ì¸®´Â ¹Ù´Ú¿¡ °íÁ¤µÈ Turbo-Propeller EngineÀ» ±âº» ¸ðµ¨·Î ÇÏ¿© ÇØ¼®Çغ¸°Ú½À´Ï´Ù.

±â¼úÀÚµéÀÌ ÀÏ»óÀûÀ¸·Î Turbomachinery ¹× Aerospace ºÐ¾ß¿¡¼­ CFD¸¦ Àû¿ëÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó Á¾Á¾ ƯÁ¤ ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼ǿ¡¼­ »ç¿ëµÉ ¹°¸®Àû ¸ðµ¨À̳ª ¼öÄ¡Àû Á¢±Ù ¹æ¹ý¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±â¼úÀûÀÎ ÆÇ´Ü¿¡ Á÷¸éÇÏ°Ô µË´Ï´Ù. ƯÈ÷ ȸÀüü¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ÆÇ´ÜÀº ½Ã°£¿¡ µû¸¥ ºñÁ¤»ó Moving meshÀÇ Á¢±Ù ȤÀº ´Ü¼øÈ­µÈ Á¤»ó»óÅ Multiple Ratating Frame(MRF)ÀÇ Á¢±Ù Áß Çϳª¸¦ ¼±ÅÃÇÏ´Â °Í°ú °ü·ÃµÇ¾î ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¸ðµ¨¸µ ¹æ¹ýÀÇ °áÁ¤Àº ÀÛÀº Blade¼ö¸¦ °¡Áø ȸÀüü¿¡¼­ÀÇ À¯µ¿À» ÇØ¼®ÇÒ ¶§ ƯÈ÷ Áß¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

i) maximum torque load on the propeller blades
ii) time varying cyclical loading of the blades
iii) mass flow through the system
iv) engine outlet temperature
v) flow over the tip of the propeller blades

¿ì¸®ÀÇ ÃÖ¿ì¼±ÀûÀÎ Áú¹®Àº ¼öÄ¡ÇØ¼® ±â¹ýÀÇ ºñ¿ë°ú ¿¹ÃøÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÇØÀÇ Á¤È®¼º »çÀÌÀÇ °Å·¡¿¡ °ü·ÃµÈ °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ÀûÀýÇϰí À¯¿ëÇÑ ÇØ¼® ±â¹ýÀ¸·Î½á ÀÎÁ¤¹Þ±â À§ÇÑ ¼öÄ¡Àû ¹æ¹ýÀ» À§ÇØ, °è»êÀº Á¤È®¼º ¹× ½Ç¿ë¼ºÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ¿ì¸®´Â Implicit MRF°¡ ±â¼úÀû µµÀü¿¡ Á¢ÇÒÁö¿Í ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ Moving Mesh°¡ ÇÁ·ÎÁ§Æ®ÀÇ ¿ä±¸ ÀÏÁ¤¿¡ ¸ÂÃâ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀÎÁö¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÌÇØ°¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

±âº» ¸ðµ¨ÀÇ CAD Çü»óÀº STAR-DesignÀ¸·Î ÀÛ¼ºµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. ¸ðµç ¿ä¼ÒµéÀº °¢°¢ »ý¼ºµÇ°í °ÝÀÚ·Î ¸¸µé¾îÁ³À¸¸ç, ´ÜÀÏ ¸ðµ¨·Î Á¶ÇÕÇϱâ Àü¿¡ Trimmed Cell Technology¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. ÃÖÁ¾ ¸ðµ¨Àº 1,750,000°³ÀÇ Cell·Î ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ® ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. Fixed Pressure Boundary´Â Inflow¿Í Outflow ±¸¿ª¿¡ Á¤ÀǵǾú½À´Ï´Ù. ±×¸®°í Propeller Ç¥¸éÀº Rotating Wall Boundary·Î ÁöÁ¤ÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. À¯µ¿Àº ¾ÐÃ༺À̰í Gas Turbine EngineÀÇ ¿¬¼Ò¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ Å« Temperature Gradient·Î ±¸¼ºµÇ¾î ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. µ¿ÀÏÇÑ À¯µ¿Á¶°Ç, Solver ¼³Á¤ ¹× Çü»ó Á¤Àǰ¡ MRF¿Í Moving Mesh¿¡ Àû¿ëµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù.

ÇØ¼® °á°ú Á¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ MRF¿Í ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ Moving Mesh µÑ ´Ù ÁÁÀº °á°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. Á¤»ó»óÅÂ ÇØ¼®Àº ¼öÄ¡ÀûÀ¸·Î ¾ÈÁ¤µÇ°í ½Ã°£Àû °æÇâ¿¡ ´ÜÁ¶·Ó°Ô ¼ö·ÆµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. Á¤»ó»óÅ ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼ÇÀº Engine ¿¬¼ÒÀÇ ¿Âµµ È¥ÇÕ°ú ¸¶Âù°¡Áö·Î PropellerÀÇ ³¡´ÜÀ» Áö³ª´Â ±âº»ÀûÀÎ À¯µ¿ ±¸Á¶°¡ °üÂûµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. MRF´Â Blade¿¡ °É¸®´Â °íÁ¤µÈ Torque°¡ ¿¹ÃøµÇ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù; ±×·¯³ª MRFÀÇ Steady Nature¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ȸÀüÇÏ´Â µ¿¾È¿¡ Blade¿¡ ÀÛ¿ëÇÏ´Â
ÁÖ±âÀûÀÎ Torque´Â ¿¹ÃøÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. Á¤»ó»óÅÂ ÇØ¼®Àº ºü¸£°í Àüü À¯µ¿ ±¸Á¶°¡ ¿¹ÃøµÈ Á¤»óÀûÀÎ °á°ú¸¦ º¸¿©ÁÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù.

                                        

ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ Moving Mesh ÇØ¼®Àº Àüü À¯µ¿ ±¸Á¶ ÀÌ»óÀ» º¸¿©ÁÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. ºÎ°¡ÀûÀ¸·Î ½Ã°£¿¡ µû¸¥  BladeÀÇ È¸Àü È¿°ú¿¡ °üÇÑ Áß¿äÇÑ °øÇÐÀû µ¥ÀÌŸ¸¦ Á¦°øÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. Ưº°È÷ 360µµ ȸÀü¿¡¼­ÀÇ Æ¯Á¤ Æ÷ÀÎÆ®¸¦ Áö³²¿¡ µû¶ó ¸ðµç Blade¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ¹ß»ýµÈ ³ôÀº Torque¸¦ º¼ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅ¿¡¼­ÀÇ Blade¿¡ °É¸®´Â TorqueÀÇ ¼¼±â¸¦ ½Ã°£ Á¤È®µµÀÇ °á°ú·Î ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú½À´Ï´Ù; ÀÌ °á°ú´Â ºÎ°¡ÀûÀÎ Engine Mounting SystemÀÌ ³ôÀº ½ÎÀÌŬÀÇ ºÎÇϸ¦ ¿ÏÈ­½ÃÄÑÁÙ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù¸é À̸¦ °áÁ¤ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï ÇØ ÁÝ´Ï´Ù. ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅÂ ÇØ¼®Àº ¶ÇÇÑ Á¤»ó»óÅ¿¡¼­ ÇÑ °Íó·³ Temperature MixingÀ» Æ÷ÂøÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. ±×¸®°í, Á¤»ó»óÅ¿¡¼­º¸´Ù 4% ³ôÀº Mass Flow Rate¸¦ ¿¹ÃøÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅ ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼ÇÀº "Cyclically Steady"¿¡¼­ÀÇ
ÇØ¿¡¼­ ¼³Á¤ÇÑ °è»ê½Ã°£ÀÇ 4~6¹è Á¤µµ¸¦ ´õ ¼Ò¿äÇß½À´Ï´Ù. ±×·¯³ª ÇØ¼®Àº À¯µ¿ °á°ú¸¦ ´õ Àß ÀÌÇØÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ°Ô ÇØ ÁÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù.

À§ÀÇ ½ÇÇèÀ¸·ÎºÎÅÍ ºñÁ¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ Moving Mesh ÇØ¼®Àº Á» ´õ ÀûÀýÇÏ°Ô ³ôÀº Á¤µµÀÇ À¯Ã¼ °Åµ¿ ¹× ÁÖ±âÀû ÇǷΠƯ¼ºÀ» Á¦°øÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. MRF°¡ ºñ¿ëÀÌ ´ú µé°í ±âº»ÀûÀÎ À¯µ¿ ±¸Á¶¸¦ ÀÌÇØÇϱ⠽±´Ù ÇÏ´õ¶óµµ, Á¤»ó»óÅÂÀÇ MRF´Â ÀáÀçÀûÀ¸·Î Áß¿äÇÑ ½Ã°£Á¤È®µµ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Á¤º¸´Â Á¦°øÇØÁÙ ¼ö ¾ø¾ú½À´Ï´Ù.
